Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers — and who it doesn't

This policy covers visitors to our Site and business contacts — for example, practice owners, clinicians and office managers who fill in our contact form, book a call, or receive email from us.

It does not cover patient information (protected health information, or "PHI") that we handle when we provide billing services to a practice. We handle PHI only as a Business Associate of the practice, under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and HIPAA — not under this policy. If you are a patient of a practice we work with, that practice's Notice of Privacy Practices explains how your health information is used.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: Contact form and call booking details (name, work email, phone number, practice name, practice state, EHR system, and approximate monthly claim volume), as well as communications via email and calls.

Information collected automatically: Standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps.

Information from other sources: Business contact details from public sources (such as practice websites, professional directories, and the CMS NPI Registry).

3. How we use information

We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, operate and secure the site, and keep business records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track

We use only the cookies needed to run the Site and do not use advertising pixels. The scheduling tool we embed (Calendly) may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers: Website hosting, scheduling (Calendly), and email and productivity (Zoho).
• Our team: Mythos staff, including team members located in Pakistan, who may access business contact information to respond to enquiries and provide our services.
• Legal and safety requirements, or business transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and prospect information for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client business records as long as required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing emails, request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing raza.afzal@mythosmd.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold.

9. Children

Our Site is intended for healthcare businesses and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Links to other sites

Third-party sites like Calendly are governed by their own respective privacy policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post updates directly on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
