Our dedicated billing team operates from our office in Islamabad, Pakistan, working during standard US business hours. We maintain complete transparency regarding our offshore operations to support your compliance needs.

We provide all necessary documentation required for offshore-vendor forms mandated by payers, including Medicare Advantage plans. If a payer contract or state regulation mandates US-only access to specific records, we will work with you to establish compliant handling procedures.

Remote Access Architecture

Our Islamabad team accesses patient data strictly remotely through US-hosted systems. Data does not leave these secure US environments.

Subcontractor Accountability

Any subcontractor utilized by Mythos who may handle patient data is required to sign a Business Associate Agreement enforcing the exact same restrictions and confidentiality standards.
